Teeth whitening: We offer both in-office
and take-home tooth whitening procedures.
In-office whitening takes an one-hour visit
to our office. Take-home whitening takes
longer time to complete and involves wearing of a custom-made whitening tray. The tray can be worn at night during sleep.
Veneers: This procedure involves the
fabrication of new "facings" for your
teeth using porcelain materials. We can
virtually recreate your smile using
porcelain veneers. The materials we use are comparable to the real tooth structure and are proven successful in many years of clinical practice.
Metal-free Crowns & Bridges: A metal frame is usually added to a crown or a bridge to increase strength and
prevent breakage. The added metal
sub frame often compromise esthetics.
It is also contraindicated in persons
who are allergic to metals. New ceramic
materials developed in recent years have superb mechanical strength in addition to appealing esthetics.
Esthetic Fillings: Our office provides tooth colored fillings. Though proven safe and durable, we opted not to provide the silver amalgam fillings because of their poor esthetics. The new generation
of tooth colored fillings have superb mechanical
strength and bonds well to tooth structure. They
require less tooth structure removal during
placement. Tooth colored fillings are technique
sensitive and require extreme care during placement process. Our dentist has gone through extensive training and is very comfortable in handling the new filling materials. As always, your experience at our office will be pain free.
Esthetic Dentures: Partial denture uses existing teeth to aid in retention, which means there will be visible metal clasps or
"hooks". When mouth is open, the metal clasps
usually will show, thus render smile unsightly and
unattractive. We can use the new esthetic
denture to solve this problem. These dentures
are flexible and very durable. In fact it is so durable that dental laboratories often offer a life-time warranty against breakage.
